Triumph Renown 1951
The Renown was built with the purpose to give touring car performance in a form that is equally ideal as a town car or for business and they absolutely delivered on that.
The interior is as equally classy as its exterior. It’s easy to feel a million dollars in this exceptional British classic. Whether it is a wedding or a special event, our Triumph Renown will certainly deliver on being a focal point.
Triumph named the model Renown in 1949 and it was given an entirely new chassis. Around 6500 units were produced between 1949-1952 as this model. Buying one of these brand new would have set you back £990 at the time.
The 2 litre Vanguard engine produces a top speed of around 75mph, however the main appeal of this car is its bodywork. The sheer elegance this car displays as it glides around the roads is testament to its indefinite class.
